Currently under construction, the Culebra Road Apartments project features 199 units of affordable housing including 178 units for families making 60% of the area median income and 21 units for families making 30% of the area median income. Tenants will also be able to utilize wrap-around services on the property, including health and wellness screenings. Spread across three buildings and sitting at just over 190,000 SF, the Culebra Road Apartments will bring an expansive, new place for San Antonio residents to call home in Fall 2025.
