Tirol Housing, LLC is a real estate development company focused on financing, developing, and constructing multifamily communities. We work across the full spectrum of multifamily product — market-rate, mixed-income, and affordable — bringing extensive experience with GSE-sponsored financing products, institutional investor relationships, and partnerships with nonprofit and public-sector housing providers.

A particular strength is our command of the affordable capital stack — Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), tax-exempt bond financing, HUD-insured lending, and other public-private tools — which opens up deals across the western United States that many developers cannot pursue. Tirol's integrated development approach provides continuity from site acquisition and entitlement through financing, construction, lease-up, compliance, and long-term asset management.
